Do you like working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment? Hornblower Cruises and Events is seeking part-time Ticket Booth Agents to work in our San Diego Port.
We are seeking candidates with previous reservations, retail, and telephone or customer service experience. To be considered for this position, successful candidates must:
· Be friendly, motivated and a team player
· Have an excellent telephone manner
· Possess keen selling skills
· Be able to handle cash transactions including collecting payments and issuing change
· Be able to type
· Be able to multitask
You must be a team player, and available evenings, weekends and holidays.
This position requires pre-employment drug testing.
