Currently, we are looking for highly motivated individuals with a competitive nature and a passion for sales, to acquire long term clients for Dish Network by converting inbound leads into sales. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment. There is no telemarketing or cold calling. Although outbound calls to our perspective customers is required.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Strictly follow the Client Acquisition System (Call Flow)
  • Accurately log all call disposition codes following every call
  • Adhere to specified call quality standards
  • Cross selling and upselling of products
  • Maintain minimum sales performance effort in accordance with specific goals established by you and your manager
  • Participate in all sales training as directed by your manager
  • Perform all specific duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to type 30 WPM
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Strong sales skills a plus
