SALARY RANGE: $5,592.00 - $8,948.00 / Monthly
Employee must perform the duties of either: systems analyst, programmer or software engineer.
The employee’s primary duty is:
1. The application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications;
2. The design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications;
3. The design, documentation, testing, creation or modification of computer programs related to machine operating systems; or
4. A combination of the aforementioned duties, the performance of which requires the same level of skills.
Demonstrated understanding and application of technical principles, theories and concepts in the field of Cyber Security; demonstrated ability to design, plan, implement and document security controls for applications, databases, internal and external networks, communications, encryption and remote accessibility; demonstrated ability to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of wide scope and complexity relating to Cyber Security controls with the ability to implement and document intrusion detection and prevention systems and vulnerability scanning tools; demonstrated basic knowledge of research, development and document countermeasures in response to adversary tools and tactics in the Cyber field; and demonstrated basic knowledge of design and document security measures for stand-alone and mobile computing devices and operating systems and applications.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience, with at least 4 years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Systems or other related security discipline.
