Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manger, the Supply Chain Analyst is responsible analyzing and reporting of data, and making sound recommendations on various segments of our business.  These segments include domestic and international inbound and outbound transportation analysis, analysis of the Drop Ship program, import/domestic compliance and vendor relations as they relate to supply chain issues. The position requires someone who is confident, “hands-on” and capable of executing details in a timely manner.


  • Continuously seek out opportunities to better enhance current core supply chain business practices
  • Build and maintain vendor scorecards that include business specific KPI’s that will minimize our exposure and maximize our efficiency
  • Manage and execute business analysis to drive and validate industry standards that will help drive and support the capture of vendor compliance data
  • Manage current drop ship on-boarding program with vendors and internal IT partners
  • Continually focus on vendor partnerships to improve productivity/efficiency processes across distribution and logistics
  • Develop collaborative relationships with cross functional teams – fulfillment center, purchasing, merchandising, internet marketing, IT and finance
  • Organize and conduct vendor meetings, drive company initiatives, implement and execute improvements, and measure/report the results
  • Manage and provide accurate and organized records pertaining to meetings, open issues, questions and key decisions made in the course of project work and vendor meetings according to Vendor Relations Guidelines standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics or related field
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in retail logistics/buying environment
  • Direct Tech’s Forecast*21 software experience
  • Proven time management skills and organizational skills, including ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to develop resources and continue to gain the confidence of internal organizations to drive improved customer service
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Demonstrates strong listening, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to identify alternatives to challenges in the supply chain and make recommendations to resolve the issues
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project
  • Superior analytical and critical thinking skills
