Digital Content Manager

 

 

Overall responsibility

 

The Digital Content Manager will report to the Head of Marketing and Sales and will be responsible to ensure that the website, mobile application and other digital customer touch points are effective and efficient means of promoting the business, generating sales and communicating to all stakeholders. Her/his tasks will include updating information on the webs site, mobile application, managing translations to all languages, and cooperating closely with the marketing, ancillary and sales teams to make sure the digital channels are optimized for marketing and sales purposes.

 

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Content and design management of wizzair.com and mobile application and making sure that all pages are consistent, up-to-date and correct
  • Optimization of the website`s content with the aim of delivering KPIs agreed (conversion, visitors, funnel conversion stages, transparency)
  • Setting priorities for web and mobile content and design amendments
  • Project management for all web, mobile and e-mail design and development initiatives
  • Design and content management of the digital customer touch points such as newsletters, confirmation e-mails, reminder e-mails, boarding cards, etc. in all languages
  • Liaison with other commercial departments (mainly revenue, marketing, and ancillary) in order to make the website and mobile application maximize sales of tickets and ancillary revenue
  • Active cooperation with regional marketing managers regarding online campaigns. Ensuring promotions across digital touchpoint are timely, accurate and visible in all languages
  • In case of operational disruptions or other urgencies making sure in a timely manner that the most up to date information is provided to the customers on the digital channels
  • Cooperating with other departments on the different newsletter sending tasks
  • Providing regular information on web visitors, look to book ratio and other KPI for the commercial team. Tracking web traffic KPIs, producing analysis, reports related to online performance.
  • Management of digital and web content translation agencies contributing to website developments, maintenance and direct marketing

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Graduate degree
  • Min 3 years of operative responsibility of digital marketing such as web content management, direct marketing via online channels, online advertising, social media, SEO, SEM, mobile marketing, etc.
  • Computer literacy and an appreciation of web development languages such as HTML/Java. Experience with CMS, web content management tools like HTML, XML is an asset
  • Fluent spoken / written English, native English is an advantage
  • Hard worker, details oriented, striving for accuracy, keeping deadlines
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross functional teams
  • Flexible working hours and ability for remote working to address urgent web content changes as they arise
  • Good understanding of business KPIs but also strong drive to understand the consumer behavior and creativity
  • Proactive mentality
  • Budapest based position
