For our Budapest base we are currently looking for a colleague to join our team as

 

 

SHORT TERM PLANNER or JUNIOR ENGINEER

MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

(Position based in Budapest)

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Support maintenance operation by preparing, planning and forecasting maintenance events
  • Plan all short term maintenance events against Ground Time, operational requirements, qualification, spares, hangar availability and special tools.
  • Find optimal aircraft utilization of intervals, robustness of plan, operational flexibility and maintenance provider’s capabilities.
  • Plan ground time utilization in cooperation with other departments.
  • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly maintenance planning.
  • Preparation and distribution of work packages to maintenance providers on a daily basis.
  • AdHoc change of work packages due to aircraft rotation and check for compliance.
  • Report back of accomplished tasks.
  • Plan and program defect rectifications, modifications, or any engineering requirements.
  • Define materials, tooling for routine and non-routine maintenance
  • Create midterm maintenance forecasts considering facilities, manpower and equipments.
  • Liaise and support Long Term Planning and Maintenance Control Center departments

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • University or college degree in engineering is a must.
  • Recently graduated engineers from University in aeronautics or transport field would also be considered and are welcome to apply.
  • English is mandatory. Hungarian and/or Polish desirable.
  • High cost awareness.
  • Flexibility, creativity and pro-active attitude.
  • High energy, drive and enthusiasm.
  • Comprehensive computer literate.

 

 

Desirable requirements:

 

  • Previous experience at working in a Part-M or Part-145 organization.
  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner or on Line maintenance. (Ideally 3-5 years)
  • Awareness of Part-M and Part-145 requirements.
  • Previous experience in a low cost airline.
  • AMOS Maintenance Information system (MIS) experience
  • Airbus A320 Technical knowledge
