What’s your role?  


As a Solution Delivery Specialist (SDS), you will be directly responsible for enabling Redknee’s customers to realize VALUE from the solution by using their expertise to deliver and operationalize Redknee products in the fastest and most efficient manner.

You will be a key member of the Redknee deployment project team working with internal and external technical experts to install, integrate and configure the assigned Redknee solution in the customer’s business environment.

You will be responsible for successfully handing over the deployed solution to the worldwide support organization.


What will you need to succeed?


  • A solid understanding of Redknee products.
  • Ability to work aggressively to identify, analyze, research, and resolve challenges on all aspects of the Redknee solution being deployed in the customer environment.
  • Drive to create success in challenging situations, through brilliant problem solving, communication, and relentless persistence.
  • Exceptional performance in the face of tight deadlines and tough technical and organizational challenges.
  • A steadfast and calm attitude in stressful situations and an ability to make good decisions with limited information.


Your technical skills:



  • Proven expertise in analysis and troubleshooting of software systems.
  • Knowledge of mobile telecom networks GSM/CDMA, billing solutions, real time rating and charging systems.
  • Experience with SUN/HP Solaris, LiNUX and shell/Perl scripting.
  • Ability to construct SQL queries to retrieve complex information from an Oracle database.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the proven ability to work proactively under minimal supervision.


Preferred Experience:

  • System integration and configuration expertise.
  • Knowledge of multiple technologies including (but not limited to) TCP/IP, CORBA, SS7, ISDN, Wireless IN strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL RDBMS Scripting (Oracle, Informix, mysql).
  • Knowledge of configuring network elements including switches, routers, and load-balancers valued.
  • Diameter, Radius Protocols knowledge
  • GPRS expertise
  • 2–5 years’ experience preferred


The Travel requirements:

  • You must hold a valid passport.
  • Global travel will be required for up to 10 week durations.
  • 80% travel throughout the year can be expected.
  • Possess the maturity to adapt to different corporate environments.
  • A strong desire to travel to new and exciting destinations and a passion for working with new people and cultures.
