Job Title: Ductless Mini Split Sales Advisor

Next Step Living, Massachusetts’ most respected Energy Conservation company, is seeking qualified candidates for their energy saving Ductless Mini Split technology sales division.

This approach has created an ample supply of qualified leads with interested home owners!

Responsibilities:

  • Work in the outside sales division selling the Ductless Mini Split systems directly to homeowners.
  • Interview customer to obtain data relating to household energy use and Ductless Mini Split options.
  • Direct in-home sales to customers.
  • Lead generation as necessary.
  • Capturing all data from sales visits in Saleforce.com
  • Meet monthly sales targets.
  • Meeting minimum standards for performance.

Qualifications:

  • Two years of sales experience is required (in-home sales experience is preferred).
  • Ductless Mini Split, HVAC, and heat pump experience would be a plus.
  • College degree is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills, including MS Office applications are required. Experience with CRMs, including Salesforce.com is a plus. 
  • Must have a strong work ethic, be self-disciplined, with a strong desire to succeed. 
  • Excellent verbal and organizational skills are required.
  • Must be adaptable and eager to learn.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write languages other than English is beneficial. 
  • Must pass extensive pre-employment national criminal background check and drug screening and have a valid driver's license with at least three (3) year's clean driving record.
