The Software Development team at NCSA is an agile team committed to delivering high value content to the business on a basis of 1 week iterations. Code you write on your first day here will be in production the following week. The team operates with a strong emphasis on Test Driven Development and spends most of the week pair programming.
Our team integrates with the overall company to gather requirements and respond quickly to changing requirements and priorities. The team is dedicated to remaining at the forefront of web technologies that can help all elements of the Athletic Recruiting Network (Student Athletes, High School Coaches and Athletic Directors, College Coaches and Businesses) to connect with each other.
Candidates should be well-versed in Object-Oriented design principles.
