ePromos is looking for the perfect people to join our sales team in our St. Cloud, Minnesota office.  Our company vision is to create lifelong partnerships with our clients.  We need skilled inside and/ or outside sales professionals who are dynamic, driven, can manage multiple priorities, and love to have fun. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our clients in an enthusiastic, assertive, caring and helpful manner.
  • Handle our incoming leads from a variety of sources
  • Make contact with ePromos leads, qualify and close them
  • Build rapport with clients and follow ePromos sales and relationship strategies.
  • Seek to understand client’s current and future branding/promotional product needs.
  • Send samples, prepare quotes and place orders precisely to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Recommend product, evaluate artwork, design imprint layout

Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Impressive vocal presence and professional phone etiquiette.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enviornment and solve issues as they arise.
  • Strong understanding of how to close a sale, upsell and cross sell

Education and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of inside or outside sales or purchasing.experience
  • Strong computer skills including CRM (salesforce.com, Sugar CRM).
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Track record of enthusiasm, high-energy, intelligence and eager to learn.
  • Experience selling Promotional Products or marketing-related products/or services a plus.
