SUMMARY
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will serve a global customer base and will be the primary interface to the customer for Curtiss-Wright Controls Defense Solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Focus will be on the management of customer deliverables, and provide status from receipt to shipment of your customers’ orders
• Accurate and timely processing of new sales orders and repair orders received from customers
• Reschedule or renegotiate delivery with customer and escalate issues to management if required
• Deal with issues brought up by the customer and use judgment to provide resolution to the customer or escalate issues where appropriate
• First line of support in interfacing with the customer. Main liaison between the customer and other internal departments
• Effectively communicate details of customer orders to various internal teams to ensure all requirements are met
• Attend internal meetings to mitigate possible risks to “on time delivery”
• Ensure that Area Sales Managers are kept apprised of order status and scope changes originating at the factory
• Participate in customer conference calls, and meetings as required
• Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and drive activities that support the customer

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Experience in Order Management or related experience in customer service
