St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore, a leading provider of community services for people facing poverty in the greater Baltimore region, seeks a high energy, Vice President of Development and Marketing to lead a great team of professionals eager to take our fund development, marketing, and community engagement strategies to the next level.
Reports to: CEO/President
Responsibilities: Implement a multi-faceted fund development, marketing, and community engagement plan that retains our loyal supporters and develops new constituencies. Supervise all functions of a seven person team and 14 person department,. Directly lead initiatives involving major donors, planned giving and capital campaigns.
Desired Qualities: Achievement oriented, financially savvy, accustomed to setting and achieving specific financial goals. Able to work at a fast pace, comfortable in relating to board members and major donors, and capable of assuming a key leadership role in the organization.
