Recruitment Coordinator

Supports the recruiters with the scheduling, coordination, shepherding, and tracking of candidates. Will assist with building and/or maintaining the general administrative infrastructure for recruiting and also provide assistance with research and special project work as necessary.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Scheduling interviews for recruiters, hiring managers and interview teams
Assist with the coordination of recruiting events on and off-site
When appropriate, assist the recruiters with any intern hiring
Assist with greeting candidates and facilitating the onsite interview process Assist with identifying and cross-training points of contact in other office locations to assist with this process
Provide necessary information and tools to the hiring managers and interview teams for their interviews
Field and manage calls from candidates, hiring managers, employees, and vendors
Ensure timely and detailed entry of updates for reporting and the applicant tracking system
Check education and employment history
Verify, track and manage department related expenses and vendors
Verify and process candidate expense information
Organize and send out all offer package components (i.e., offer letters, confidentiality agreements, etc.)
Complete the new hire process and hand off to HR
General administrative duties as necessary such as memos, faxing, filing, etc

Education, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with 1 plus years experience supporting a human resource, recruiting or sales department
Strong proficiency in MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience with an applicant tracking system a strong plus
Proven track record of assisting with the design and implementation of efficient administrative processes and tracking from inception to completion
