The Product Development Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing new product introductions, as well as ongoing improvements of existing products, specifically becoming the Local Deals subject matter expert.
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience taking a product through the release cycle process from initial planning to ship and beyond. You must have a proven track record of creating customer-focused products using excellent design and spec writing skills. You should be comfortable working with a diverse group of business stakeholders and passionate engineers across the world and the headquarters in the U.S., at all levels of the organization.
Requirements/ Qualifications:

3-5 years relevant experience within an Internet media company, specifically in Program Management or Product Development

Ability to conceptualize, define and translate a strategic vision to guide product development

Data driven with a talent for translating complexity into clearly defined consumer insight and recommendations

Strong leadership and executive presentation skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal awareness

Ability to on-board quickly, identify key business needs, and operate independently

Experience driving for success in highly cross-functional environments; important to be comfortable with ambiguity and charting a new course to solve difficult problems.
