Candidates must possess:
A Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university is desirable.
5 years working with customers to establish requirements for Enterprise Management Solutions (EM) using technologies that include but are not limited to the HP Business Technology Suite or other Enterprise Tool as defined in by the customer by conducting analysis, requirements, process development, feasibility and implementation with Government Approval of the selected Enterprise Tool.
5 years experience analyzing customer functional business requirements, processes and design of specifications resulting from such analysis.
5 years experience managing and configuring enterprise tools such as HP's Business Technology Suite or other designated enterprise tool as outlined in the TTO.
5 years identifying and resolving problems with enterprise tools such as HP's Business Technology Suite or other enterprise tool as outlined in that TTO.
5 years maintaining and configuring enterprise tools within the HP Business Technology Optimization suite or other tools as outlined in the TTO.
5 years HP Operations Manager Linux (OML) or other similar experience defined within the TTO.
3 years Open View Performance Insight or Discovery and Dependency Mapping Inventory (DDMI) or other similar experience as defined within the TTO.
3 years experience with the administration of systems using Linux or UNIX.
3 years experience with scripts using PERL or JAVA.
3 years Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) experience.
1 year HP Business Service Manager (BSM) or experience as defined in the TTO .
