POSITION DESCRIPTION

 

RTGX is seeing a well versed CM practitioner that understands the Rational Suite of tools and can assess as-is CM processes for a mission oriented DoD Systems Engineering DoD organization.  The CM resource must be able to take as-is process conduct gap analysis and develop new CM processes that improve the ability of systems engineering functions  to meet quality standards, schedules and proper documentation techniques that improve the ability of critical systems to achieve their goals. 

 

The CM resource must be able to continue to achieve that milestones built into the current processes while yet documenting gaps and opportunities for innovation and improvement. 

Ideally but not required the CM resource would be able  to reconfigure the Rational tools used for CM in order to achieve gap closures and process improvements.  

 

Additionally CM process improvements must be developed in with an eye towards agility in order that mission needs are not hindered during extreme schedule demands  for mission systems imp,emendation needs. 

 

The ideal candidate would be able to develop an enterprise view across multiple TTO's, Divisions and functions to ensure that the CM processes account for all the relevant steps and dependencies in the organization including extra ordinary circumstances requiring the use of agile processes.
