We are a seeking an Events Manager to join our team. This position reports to the Operations Manager. This position is responsible for supervising shifts at a specific parking facility to supervise the employees; handle customer concerns that require a supervisor’s attention and ensure policies and procedure are being followed.



  • Scheduling and coaching staff
  • Responsible for new hire orientation training, completion of new hire paperwork, and issuing of uniforms.
  • Responsible for initiating and following up on customer request and issues while maintaining a business relationship with each sites landlord and or Property Manager.
  • Responsible for ensuring parking passes are delivered to appropriate customers.
  • Tracking and managing of incident report/damage claims as well as corresponding with customers regarding safety and liability.
  • Responsible for regular reviews of lots physical condition including landscaping, signage, surface and lighting etc.
  • Responsible for the processing of daily revenue of attended or unattended facilities in accordance with the Daily Revenue Policy and Procedure.
  • Responsible for properly enforcing payment guidelines and parking restrictions to preserve and grow revenues.
  • Responsible for accurate delivery of supplies to various locations.
  • Majority of the position will be field work

 You’ll be a great fit as an Events Manager if you have:


  • The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years’ customer service experience along with strong communication skills, administration experience, supervisory experience, and a college diploma
  • The proven ability to supervise and develop staff
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
