Title: Patroller

Location: 100 Dundas St. London, ON.

Status: Part-Time

Shift Details: Various shifts including days, evenings and weekends. Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts and days.
 
  


Duties & Responsibilities:
 

  •  Handle with care and maintain general cleanliness of both patrol equipment and inside of vehicle as required

  • Monitor unpaid parking of vehicles in patrol locations and when applicable notifies management regarding changes in occupancy

  • Return equipment to the correct charging station at the end of the shift

  • Complete incident report of vehicle/equipment damage and report to management before the end of the shift

  • Report vehicle/equipment defects

  • Follow patrol route to ensure that all locations assigned to a shift are covered

  • Awareness of ticket expiry times at patrol locations

  • Report out of order meters/parking equipment to management ASAP where possible

  • Ensures work is conducted in a safe manner

  • Other responsibilities as required

 
 

 Skills and experience:
 

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Ability to deal with customers in a positive, polite and professional manner

  • Problem solving skills

  • Valid G drivers license

  • Clean drivers abstract

  • Basic handheld computer and personal computer skills (Windows XP/Mobile)

  • Ability to use cell phone features

  • Must have flexible and open availability

  • Basic computer and math skills
