THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking to add to our talent pool by identifying enthusiastic, career-minded team players who want to get their "foot in the door". Immediate openings exist for Part Time Parking Attendant positions to join our parking team in Hamilton. You must be out-going, well organized and willing to work flexible hours.

Job Title: Parking Attendant / CSR

Location: Hamilton/ Burlington

Status: Part Time

Length of the employment: Permanent

Hours: Various

Language: Speak, Read & Write English

Wage: $10.25

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, welcome, and acknowledge guests
  • Process parking payments & help customers and answer help intercoms located on our automated parking pay stations,
  • Ensure positive experiences for all Impark partners and clients
  • Ensure work area is maintained to Impark’s standards
  • Assist daily customers with payment inquiries and assist customers with payment inquiries and assist customers with any parking request
  • Monitor the occupancy of the lot and posts signage as required
  • Assist customers with the overall in/out process of parking
  • Monitor any events that occur outside the location that may affect the operation as mandated by the management
  • Calculate money owed by clients based on their length of parking time
  • Work effectively as a team with your Manager and Co-Workers
  • Maintain  the general cleanliness of both the work area and of the location as required
