This is a great opportunity for a results driven individual to grow with our company. We are seeking a high energy individual to generate new business and service clients by selling online advertising and lead generation to lawyers. We are only looking for TOP PRODUCERS – SALES SUPERSTARS.

What are the responsibilities of the job?

Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through a variety of online resources
- Cold calling leads to prospect for new business (phone and email)
- Qualify prospects on multiple criteria to determine fit with Nolo.com’s offerings

Sales
- Utilize a consultative selling approach when conducting sales demonstrations to illustrate the value and benefits of Nolo’s product offerings
- Understand the needs of your prospects and  the needs of your existing book of business
- Ability to showcase Nolo.com’s online advertising and lead generation programs through real time demonstrations, email or phone
- Cross selling services
- Negotiate sales to meet or exceed targets

Client
- Relationship building
- Answer questions and inquiries from potential and existing clients via phone and email
- Provide accurate information to customers

Other
- Attend weekly sales review meeting
- Update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with details of all interactions with prospects and clients in a timely manner
- Process sales accurately using the online sales agreement and proposal generator
- Obtain product knowledge through training sessions, reading web pages and consulting with management
- Stay current with industry trends and information by reading articles and attending webinars
- Other projects and duties as assigned

What qualifications do I need?
- Solid B2B sales ability with proven closing skills
- Must be able to deliver results
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create sales proposals and presentations
- Entrepreneurial mind set
- Good organization and time management skills
- General knowledge of computers, Internet Explorer, and Outlook is a must
- Knowledge of the legal industry is an asset
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required.
