We are currently seeking an Oracle Federal Financials Techno/Functional SME to join our team at a local DC metro Healthcare client. The candidates will work as part of a team supporting the UFMS COR and performing IT support functions. The Techno/Functional Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle 11.5.10 Federal Financials E-Business Suite.


  • Minimum of 6 years progressive experience working with Oracle Federal Financials (11.5.10 or higher) or providing other relevant information technology support
  • Experience with Federal Administrator, GL, AP, AR, PO, iProcurement, Budget Execution (BE), and Procure-to-Pay life cycle
  • Experience with PL,SQL, Java, OAF, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Discoverer and developing other Oracle applications
  • Experience with PRISM and Sunflower preferable
  • Familiarity with enterprise-wide, Oracle-based financial systems
  • Experience with HHS a plus


  • Oracle Federal Financials E-Business Suite (11.5.10 or higher) experience;
  • Understanding of configurations and integration between multiple functional areas
  • Experience working within the ITIL framework
  • Experience developing Oracle applications
  • Familiarity with application support processes
  • Skill in analyzing system functionality and requirements
  • Skill in solution design, and documentation of requirements and solution design
  • Expert skill in analyzing problems and making decisions and recommendations in a variety of areas relating to financial systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Skill in modifying or developing directives, instructions, or manuals
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels to gain understanding or acceptance of complex and controversial issues


  • Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field
