The most exciting perspective of the job is that you have the chance of working on massive datasets (search events, millions of real family trees, social interaction among users and etc.), which all data geeks are dreaming of putting their hands on. Working closely with members of our Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, Data Services and Engineering team, you will define and report on key metrics, analyze through tests our customers’ behaviors/data assets and optimize our marketing efforts. You will need excellent technical and communication skills in order to generate right data, to access information from various data sources for structured or non-structured data, to unleash knowledge hidden in the data, and also to explain its relevance to non-technical business partners in a way that is actionable and comprehensible to them. The ideal candidate is the person who understands and loves business, analytics, AND technology, and who will shape the vision and strategic role of Marketing Analytics. This person must have in-depth knowledge and experience in conducting statistical test analyses on marketing drivers.
