Position Overview
 
Due to our growth, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage the daily activity of client accounts.
 

Key Responsibilities
 
  1. Providing superior customer service to business clients
  2. Managing the day-to-day activity of online procurement sites
  3. Placing orders for assigned accounts, monitoring emails, tracking orders and returns
  4. Documenting client packaging and shipping needs
  5. Facilitating imaging and asset tagging documentation and execution
  6. Resolving post order issues and reviewing back order
  7. Preparing reports as needed
 
We are seeking candidates with the following:
 
  1. Minimum 2 years of successful customer service or sales experience
  2. Self-motivation, goal orientation and strong ability to learn in a classroom and hands-on setting
  3. Demonstrated ability for multi-tasking and strong follow-through
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  5. Proficient with basic computer functions, including Internet browser navigation and email.
  6. Team-oriented
