Description

Project Management is responsible for taking a project from the time it is estimated and acquired through construction to close-out and final billing.

-In this position you will be creating the organizational structure for the project itself, be the higher authority for decision-making and the center for project administration.

-You will be required to provide all documentation and information to transition the project from the pre-construction to construction phase. This includes making the scheduling commitments, monitoring safety, and ensuring quality commitments throughout the job.

-Project Managers stay in close touch with the job site to work on schedules and other field issues with Superintendents and the general contractor.

-In addition, project management will maintain accounting functions with respect to job cost and cash flow and integrate their summaries with corporate finance.

-Must maintain positive client relationships, and communicate complete information to teams in the field and to management.

-A Project Manger is equipped with the basic knowledge and experience that allows for advancement into broader management positions.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
5+ Years Commercial Construction Experience
Effective communicator (verbal and written)
Ability to provide vision and leadership
Travel flexibility
Detail oriented, logical, and methodical approach to problem solving
Excellent organizational skills
Strong proficiency with SureTrak
Structural Concrete Experience Preferred
Ability to plan and schedule the work of others
Proven track for Concrete Construction Estimating with a focus on sustainable job profitability – 5 years minimum
College Graduate
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
