Second Class Power Engineer

Location:   New Westminster, B.C.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of a Nexterra Biomass Gasification Plant, natural gas boilers, Yankee dryers and associated pressure vessels in a continuous operation manufacturing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Second Class Power Engineer Certification
• Ability to work in a compressed work week schedule (12 hours shifts, both days and nights)
• 3 years of work experience in an industrial environment
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills

BENEFITS

The hourly rate is $39.24.  Benefits for this position are competitive within the Pulp and Paper Industry.
