Our Opportunity
This position works closely with the Business Development Manager to identify opportunities within the framework of the business development strategy. Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing new business opportunities and marketing initiatives. Manages nation-wide promotion and direction of sales channel. Reports to Business Development Manager.
Key Qualifications

Works with the Business Development Manager to identify key targets for opportunities to create or further develop current business channels

Secures relationships with new customers and leverage relationships with current clients
-
Creates and proposes framework for new or developing programs and projects
-
Closes and executes plans for new and current customers
-
Manages relationships with new and current customers
-
Motivates internal/support team members to assist with business projects and programs as needed
-
Assist with other business development initiatives as defined by the Manager of Business Development.
Our Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university.
-
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience preferred
-
Ability to think strategically and creatively to bring a fresh perspective
-
Highly developed analytical skills, detail oriented, organized
-
Must be able to work independently

Strong ability to influence buying decisions and negotiate effectively to bring about win-win solutions

Highly motivated with a track record of success in a similar position

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to travel as needed for meetings, trade shows, and customer/sales manager interaction

Strong computer skills, specifically Excel and Word.
