Responsibilities:
  • Plan, delegate, manage, and coordinate work assignments for IT project team members
  • Plan, perform, and manage project status, meetings, reporting, changes, financials, administrative, and technical issues
  • Manage expectations of sponsors, stakeholders, and team regarding project status, scope of work and responsibilities
  • Mentor all team members in order to increase the effectiveness of the team
  • Ensure that meeting outputs and decisions are appropriately acted upon and/or logged
 
Requirements:
  • 5+ years PM experience in a development environment that includes team leadership and vendor management
  • Strong SDLC experience with experience with all phases of the SDLC, including Agile or similar methodology
  • Prepare and present audience specific communications (Business vs. Technical and Leadership vs. Team)
  • Analyze critical information to form the basis of recommendations and to present pros, cons and tradeoff to leadership
  • Able to comprehend, analyze, interpret, review and provide feedback on complex documents
  • PMP Certification
