Gensler's Boston office is looking for a Retail Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:

Professional degree or foreign equivalent in either architecture or interior design

5+ years design experience

Must have knowledge of current trends, clients, and retail market brands

Capable of leveraging existing client relationships as well as establishing new connections to generate business and revenue

Be able to develop quality design for multiple projects with tight deadlines
-
Possess good communication, management, and mentoring skills
-
Proficient with Revit and other computer design programs such as AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photshop, SketchUp. 3ds Max is a plus.
Experience

Proven track record of success in working with retail clients, including participation in the development of client relationships that lead to new and continuing business

Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, and with clients and other key constituents that creates a competitive advantage

Propensity for problem-solving, brand development and sustainable design

Strong presentations skills – written, oral and graphic
