Mortgage Closing Document Preparer
Continental Home Loans, Inc. is an established HUD-approved lender with over 27 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. We lend on a national level with our corporate office located in New York. We have a strong expertise in FHA lending. We are currently seeking a full time Closing Document Preparer to work in our corporate headquarters in Melville, NY. The ideal candidate will have a processing background and experience preparing HUD statements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Preparation of Closing Documents.
· Preparation of HUD Statements.
· Coordination with Loan Officers, Operations Staff, borrowers, closing agents, etc.
· Compliance with all applicable regulations.
· Thorough review of Loan Files for accuracy.
· 2-5 years experience of processing experience.
· Knowledge of pertinent regulations and guidelines.
· Prior experience preparing HUD statements.
· Knowledge of Encompass Loan Origination Program.
· Demonstrated communication, telephone and organizational skills.
