Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
♦ Automate data extraction and validation from multiple data sources.
♦ Ability to handle big data environments.
♦ Perform advanced analysis and modeling, such as lifetime value calculations using RFM models, marketing channel attribution, AB-test definition and result evaluations for statistical significance, in-stock probability, demand forecasting and automation of those analysis to be used by field analysts..
♦ Work closely with the field analysts –marketing, merchandising, product development, operations… - to provide automation of reports and analysis as needed by their teams.
♦ Contribute within the business intelligence team to solve problems with a holistic approach, owning the analytical portion.

Education and/or Experience:
Knowledge and skills required for the position include but are not limited to:
♦ A BA/BS Degree is required
♦ Outstanding analytical skills, with strong academic background in statistics, math, science or technology
♦ 5+ years of experience in a strong analytical environment with web analytics preferred (GA or equivalent)
♦ Basic SQL required, advanced SQL preferred
♦ Proven business acumen and results oriented
♦ Expert user of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Access, Project, and PowerPoint) as well as Visio (in order to prepare all documents, presentations, tables, briefings, and worksheets),requires expertise in Microsoft Access programming and report development
