Wheelchair Dispatcher

Location: WA - Seattle

Description

Bags, Inc. has openings for a customer-friendly people to work at SEATAC and oversee the Wheelchair operation.  This is a critical role in the success of the wheelchair operation.  Successful candidates must be able to multi-task, work at a rapid pace, and in friendly customer-service atmosphere -- providing the best customer service every time!      

  • Coordinates flight schedules with wheelchair agents
  • Communicates regularly with clients and employees
  • Assures all client requests are met
  • Work within tight deadlines
  • Fills in for Wheelchair agents as needed

Qualifications

  • Dispatcher experience preferred
  • Available to work various shifts
  • Must be able to obtain an Airport Badge
  • Experience working in operations with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong customer service skills including appropriate phone etiquette
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs.
