Position Description:


MMM is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Regina office. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this position will provide support for 10 staff in Regina and Saskatoon.

This job will appeal to the person who likes working in a collaborative atmosphere to accomplish goals.

The office is located on the top floor of the old Leader Building on Hamilton Street (one and a half blocks north of Victoria Avenue).  This heritage building and unique office space provide a great place to work.  There is an outdoor deck and  the newly reconstructed office space provides lunch time access to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.  If you have to work, you might as while do it with style!

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Primary administrative support for staff
  • Coordinate meetings and organize conference calls
  • Mail/Courier office correspondence
  • Format, proof, print and assemble proposals and reports
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
  • Arrange travel plans
  • Order and maintain a stock of office supplies
  • Undertake project filing

Qualifications:

  • Certificate or diploma in office administration, business administration or related field
  • Two years of administrative experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of office practices and procedures
  • A high level of professionalism and strong decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
  • Experience in a consulting engineering environment would be an asset
