Position Description:

This exciting opportunity in our Thornhill or Whitby office will provide you with the opportunity to join our team which provides engineering services to our clients in the land development industry. You would be involved in a variety of green field and redevelopment land development projects for residential, commercial, retail and institutional sites. You will apply your experience on due diligence reports, servicing reports and investigations, preliminary engineering, detailed design, earthworks, site servicing, proposal development, project management, and other related activities.


  • 4 to 7 years of experience in a consulting environment focused on GTA land development projects.
  • Registered as a P. Eng. in Ontario
  • Project management experience is an asset
  • Working knowledge of the land development approvals process in Ontario
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD v12 and Civil 3D v12
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated individual looking for advancement opportunities
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license
