Job Description:

Will be responsible for supporting and implementing enhancements/upgrades to HP Service Manager and processes within the ITIL framework. The Service Manager (SM) Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day managing of the HP Service Manager software, including the maintenance of servers and related hardware and software, the creation and implementation of SM standards, policies and procedures, providing information on configurations and their relationships, optimizing SM databases for data availability (in cooperation with Platform Support Unit (PSU), managing and verifying the importation of personnel and CI data (in cooperation with the mainframe Units), and configuring and overseeing security access for the system.


Certification for HP Service Manager or an appropriate level of experience is required. Strong familiarity with ITIL processes also required.
