Position Overview: 

The Sports Psychology Consultant shall train SOCOM command units and personnel to develop and use the psychological skills necessary to perform optimally in training and operations, realize their potential, and increase their physical and emotional well-being. There will be an integrated model including Strength and Conditioning, Physical Therapy and Nutrition team members and support from our company infrastructure

Position Requirements:

  • Experience with NCAA, Military, SOF, or Professional Sports training
  • Ph.D in any of the following areas: Human Performance, Kinesiology, or Exercise and Sport Sciences with an emphasis in Sport Psychology
  • Masters Degrees will be reviewed on a per case basis
  • Minimum of 5 years of field experience preferred Pro Sports or Collegiate experience
  • US Citizen who has an ability to obtain a Security Clearance
  • Ability to relocate in a timely manner
