Job Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst will report to the Director of Information Technology and is responsible for leading programs and performing a wide range of tasks and functions associated with data and application management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Identify, initiate, lead, and manage complex, cross-functional business processes and solutions, resulting in approved architecture, specifications, and software solutions
• Manage and participate in internal, vendor, and subcontract teams
• Initiate, lead, and manage the entire architecture for factory and quality data collection, storage, transformation, and management
• Lead and manage all analytics, including reporting, data warehousing, and analytical processing
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of IT applications experience, ideally with all phases of the SDLC Process, in an environment of both purchased and commercial business applications
• Experience with product and manufacturing business

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated skills in managing systems and project teams
• Demonstrated ability using information systems to solve ad hoc requests
• Team ethics and crisp attention to detail.
