Are you looking for a different -- and better -- way of selling? Then we’ve got the job for you. We’re looking for someone just like you to work full time hours – either in our Raleigh or Charlotte office – as part of our growing RepOnCall network.
We have immediate needs for several successful sales reps with experience in ANY of the following areas:
·          Medical Device
·          Pharmaceutical
·          Health insurance
You’ll work with some of our best clients, serving as an advisor, and sharing information about our clients’ products and related marketing programs with their customers. If you are an outgoing, experienced, self-motivated person, eager to dump the usual sales rep travel, this could be the perfect position, complete with competitive compensation and great potential.
  • Promote our clients’ products and services to their customer base by phone, email and online
  • Build and support relationships with assigned customer targets
  • Act as our client’s advocate and representative, delivering accurate information, excellent service and addressing concerns as appropriate
  • Participate in ongoing training and education
  • Provide feedback on your experiences to us and our clients for continuous process improvement
  • Capture behaviors and preferences through ongoing and interactive conversations
  • Work with a customer relationship management software system  
  • Minimum of two years successful medical sales experience representing medical device, OR  pharmaceutical, OR health insurance products
  • A strong, dynamic personality and superior interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Considerable experience using current technology and computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with database management or customer relationship software a strong plus
  • Familiarity with electronic media a plus

  • Very familiar with healthcare industry trends, manufacturers and regulations
  • Willing to embrace a new (and proven successful) approach to sales
  • Self-starter -- motivated, disciplined and organized
  • Able to influence sales and build relationships  
  • Comfortable and confident interacting with all levels of decision makers within the office environment
