Essential Functions:

  • Establish and maintain a positive and fun work environment. Keep lines of communication open..
  • Successfully meet or exceed daily inspection standards and productivity thresholds relative to pre-determined time allotments for specific areas.
  • Ensure all incoming units are completed to standard by 4:00pm for Owners and IROC guests, and by 5:00pm for FIT guests.
  • Deal with guest quality issues and follow up.
  • Assist with the administration of departmental Incentive and Recognition Programs by documenting both standard and substandard cleans by Room Attendants in all units inspected.
  • Communicate with Rooms Supervisors immediately if there are significant touchups in any rooms that are inspected.
  • Report any and all damages or missing inventory in the units to the Office Coordinator immediately.
  • Must adhere to the grooming policy, and to proper radio etiquette at all times when on duty.
  • Participate in Occupational Health and Safety standards set for the department
  • Other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager



Previous hospitality background ideal.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Must be highly motivated and lead with proven strength.

Able to multi-task, work well under stress and meet targeted deadlines

Must be flexible and adaptable under changing conditions, priorities, and unexpected situations. 

Must be able to work independently.

Must have good coaching skills, be able to motivate and organize team members.

Must be able to work a flexible shifts, weekends, holidays.  This position may require overtime and altered scheduling according to occupancy.

Must possess safe work habits with an awareness of safe work procedures

Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals. 

Must be able to wear latex or non-latex gloves when using chemicals.

Additional duties may be required during high-occupancy times.
