Previous hospitality background ideal.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be highly motivated and lead with proven strength.
Able to multi-task, work well under stress and meet targeted deadlines
Must be flexible and adaptable under changing conditions, priorities, and unexpected situations.
Must be able to work independently.
Must have good coaching skills, be able to motivate and organize team members.
Must be able to work a flexible shifts, weekends, holidays. This position may require overtime and altered scheduling according to occupancy.
Must possess safe work habits with an awareness of safe work procedures
Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals.
Must be able to wear latex or non-latex gloves when using chemicals.
Additional duties may be required during high-occupancy times.
