Key Function:

To provide implementation consulting services to Axon clients

Key Objectives:
  • Analyze business requirements
  • Design & implement full solutions
  • Work effectively in mixed client and Consultancy teams
  • Coach & develop skills within a project team
  • Identify integration issues and offer solutions
  • Work within a pre-sales environment to understand, design and build solutions to meet the business requirement
Knowledge/Experience Required (Essential/Desirable)

 

  • Minimum 10 years SAP implementation experience specifically in the PP module

  • Minimum of 5 full project lifecycles

Essential

  • Full understanding of the benefits which an organisation can leverage from implementing a fully integrated SAP solution

Essential

  • Minimum 5 years client facing Consultancy experience

Essential

  • Knowledge of integration between SAP modules including capabilities, limitations & best practices

Essential

  • Experience in setting up master data elements in a manner to best meet the business requirements

  • Exposure to a variety of SAP releases.

  • Ability to communicate at all levels both in a written and verbal manner.

  • Ability to manage and lead and facilitate design meetings in order to extract key business and technical design criteria

  • Ability to translate detailed functional specifications into clearly documented technical specifications

  • Team player, with the ability to establish relationships with both clients and consultants in remote locations

  • Maintains senior management interest and buy-in to the process and provides real challenge and pace to a project
  • Can design a program and delivery plan for an overall project or phase within a major program
  • Can take an active part in the risk identification and mitigation process across all project activities
  • Can build strong relationships with senior client management based on trust and credibility
  • Able to give strong feedback and coaching to enhance the performance of client or Axon team members in potentially difficult situations
  • Can design a program and delivery plan for an overall engagement or phase within a major program encompassing areas from all Lines of Business
  • Able to manage, drive and lead a team of 3-6 consultants to
  • complete a deliverable within a program of work
  • Can contribute to the preparation of complex proposals ensuring that client needs are met
  • Understands the legal components of a bid and can contribute to legal review and risk management
  • Identifies and pursues opportunities within existing clients that are within Axon’s capabilities
