Reporting to the Area Manager, the Process Improvement Coordinator will focus efforts primarily on systematically investigating various efficiency levels related to the operational components of the manufacturing plants and implement systems that streamline production. The Continuous Improvement Coordinator is responsible for establishing and prioritizing training and implementing formal continuous improvement processes within Solid Wood Sector Business units. Using these processes, the role will achieve specific measurable improvements in reliability, throughput and quality.
