POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Technical Coordinator is responsible for establishing and monitoring a program of quality checks, testing, data collection and storage to ensure compliance with standards for all products produced in the plant, as well as, conformity of all incoming raw materials and inventory levels. This position shall lead/participate in all process and product improvement initiatives and new product development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• General knowledge of OSB manufacturing process;

• Commitment to safety, quality, process, and continuous improvement;

• Proven problem solving and analytical skills;

• Strong statistical knowledge and computer literacy;

• Knowledge of code requirements, third party testing agencies, and experience in statistical process control would be considered definite assets.
