Individual shall have experience and ability to comprehend Internet protocols, particularly Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, Hypertext Transfer Protocol, and Domain Name System; Experience conducting in-depth research and analysis using multiple open-source and proprietary tools and databases simultaneously to identify new avenues of mission accomplishment; Experience analyzing and interpreting metadata generated from multiple protocols and technologies and determining linkages between seemingly disparate communications to produce high-value analytical judgments; Experience authoring product reports, briefings, and other deliverables and to perform SIGINT research and analysis; Experience providing in-depth analysis focusing on the development of new exploitation capabilities against known and newly identified targets of interest; Experience analyze and integrate complex intelligence information from multiple sources for senior clients in a national intelligence agency; Must have experience with SIGINT and intelligence analysis, along with experience with DNI or TCP/IP protocols and the many software services that use them; Shall be able to apply knowledge of network fundamentals, open-source tools, current technologies (both software and hardware), and all-source analytic strategies in support of research and development of entities of interest; May be required to perform all-source intelligence analysis of cyber activities to identify entities of interest; their methods, motives, capabilities and vulnerabilities; determines malicious behavior; and recognizes emergent patterns and linkages to visualize the larger picture of cyber-based operations. Experience with the following: SIGINT tools, techniques, and processes, with analysis and reporting, with SIGINT Geospatial Analysis (SGA) and Geospatial Metadata Analysis (GMA), with digital network analysis, with advanced telecommunications, including LAN, WAN, routers, data communications, and connectivity; Knowledge of the following:  telecommunications, network configurations, and data communications, of data and convergent communications technologies, of data flow and SIGINT architecture, of telecommunications networks, of collection systems, of social network analysis methodologies; Ability to perform basic protocol and network analysis
