This role ensures that Image Air Charter meets its contractual obligations and commitments to its customers in Aviation while providing excellent customer support, technical support, and optimization for their accounts. The successfull candidate will be responsible for a number of customer accounts.
•Propose/champion/support process improvements affecting the customer experience and operating costs.
•Assure proper and timely feedback to client concerns and information requests.
•Intimately understand all customer contracts and ensure that they are being fulfilled legally, operationally and financially.
•Liaise with Sales & Customer Service to support additional client sales opportunities.
•Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the customer's senior management to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
•Proactively lead customer support activities including coordinating and collaborating with different departments and customers to review performance and resolve issues.
Financial and Administrative Support:
•Prepare and present customer’s annual budget, regular forecasts, mid-year and annual reviews.
•Review monthly customer billing for accuracy and alignment with budget. Act proactively with customer when discrepancies are likely to affect the budget.
•Provide different types of analyses as required by customer.
•Assure proper alignment of actual client expenses against budgeted expenses.
•Guide finance and other departments regarding billing, cost allocation, timing of expenses, etc.
•Set a continuously higher standard of information and presentational quality.
•Experience in Customer Service / Contract Management/ Aerospace / Budgets & Cost Analysis
•Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in the industry
•JDE or other ERP system experience
•Innovative, proactive and creative thinker;
•Strong analytical and interpersonal skills;
•Strong business acumen and ability to review and analyze financial data;
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
•Self-motivated, professional, results oriented with a focus on quality and detail, independent yet a team player;
•Ability to work strategically in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment;
•Proficient with MS Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); must be highly skilled in Excel.
•University degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field
