POSSIBLE-Cincinnati is hiring! We have an opening for a Sr. Digital Producer/Digital Project Manager with at least 3 years of proven experience running digital projects.

The Senior Producer is a partner to the creative lead, protecting the creative vision and delivering the work in production. He/she is passionate about delivering the best creative work possible, providing guidance and problem solving to the production team, and seeking solutions to help the creative team deliver as much within the work as possible. May act as a mentor and manager to more junior Producers.


  • Owns budget, timeline, and delivery of the idea on all assigned work
  • Leads development of detailed production estimates and schedules
  • Provides knowledge of the resources and talent needed (both within and outside the agency) to deliver a project according to the vision
  • Structures and manages the work through production
    • Works with the CD/ACD to understand the vision and needs of the work
    • Works with the production team to implement and guide production processes
    • Provides project details to resources and removes barriers to keep work flowing
    • Facilitates production meetings and collaboration of the team
    • Keeps the CD/ACD informed throughout production
  • Resources within the team for the production of the work
    • Inputs requests in the resourcing tool
    • Identifies and hires outside vendors/contractors when needed; opens P.O.s and approves costs
    • Works with Resource Management and the Director of Production to resource talent from other Groups or the POSSIBLE network
  • Manages all details of assigned projects and keeps information and collaboration systems updated
  • Secures assets (photography, illustration, sfx, music, fonts, or other assets) needed by the production team to complete the work
  • Supports CD/ACD and Account in representing work to the client. Especially in the case of high technical, specialized, or otherwise complicated work.
  • Conducts internal and external production status meetings. Assists Account in status meetings with the client
  • Consults with Account during planning and concepting on:
    • Production budget needed to deliver the work
    • Alternate solutions to produce an idea
    • Production timeline
  • Leads analysis of project delivery against success criteria for budget, timeline, and idea and shares successes and learnings with the greater Producer discipline
  • Assists or leads development, documentation, and training of production processes
  • Assists in training of Producer staff members
  • May have direct reports
  • Reports to the Executive Producer


  • 6+ years relevant professional experience
  • 3 – 7 years of Producer, Account, or PM experience managing multi-phased projects (agency or similar)
  • Digital marketing experience preferred
  • Able to handle a broad range of project types with associated ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Calm under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem solving ability. Has a bias to finding solutions and removing barriers to progress
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Keynote, and Project and/or other scheduling tools
  • Experienced in graphics and audio software suites for work review purposes
  • Bachelor’s degree required
