Who You Would Be
The Senior Account Executive supports and grows the clients directly working as a day-to-day contact. He or she ensures that project outcomes meet client needs and specifications. They are accountable for delivering world-class thinking and executing the resulting work on budget, while identifying opportunities to grow the business and contribute to overall client satisfaction. They are expected to be proactive, self-starters who have the ability to work independently.
The Really Really
The Senior AE is the number one strategic partner from POSSIBLE to our clients and will recommend strategic solutions that help build the clients’ businesses. He or she helps to articulate and set overall client budgets accurately to make sure they are getting the most for their money. It is their duty to maintain ongoing relationships within the client organization.
The Senior AE serves as the client’s voice on the internal project teams. This includes writing creative briefs and co-leading the team with the Producer and Creative Director throughout the life of projects. The Senior AE both interprets and delivers client feedback to the team to ensure that the vision between both is consistent as well as ensuring that the work is up to quality and is continually improving. They will build the overall marketing experience because they know the client’s business
The Senior AE plays a large role in meeting the key business objectives of POSSIBLE by participating in forecasting and ccurrent client organization
The Senior AE should engage in self-development by creating case studies. The role often requires coaching and developing more junior level AE’s as well, so people management skills are a must.
