Job Description

We are looking for a talented Account Executive to join our Cincinnati team to assist with the day-to-day management of digital, mobile, CRM, and other interactive marketing projects. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing the daily workflow of client projects to ensure they are on time, on budget, and on strategy. The AE functions as the main contact for our current clients and must be able to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously. The AE must be organized, detail-oriented and willing to engage with all levels management across many departments and have a solid history of client contact & relationship building.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Own Client Relationships and direct the “thinking” on the business
  • Own day-to-day Partner Agency relationships in effort to identify growth opportunities  with the clients
  • Own revenue for the team
  • Create and represent SOW, Pricing, Timeline, Progress, etc. to the client
  • Initiate new work while managing work in the planning phase and some production work
  • Manage Forecasting (Revenue, Work, Staffing)
  • Source of communication from the team with the Producers  and RMs for client/team priority changes or other updates to the work
  • Stay in contact with Producers to  understand work progress
  • Own the organization of information from the client and briefing development
  • Review the work from the POV of the client
  • Consult with Strategy to align the work to the business objectives of the client
  • Support creative in representing the work to the client
    • Facilitate internal meetings and collaboration
    • Secure resourcing with Creative Directors/Resource Managers
    • Structure work with Creative Directors

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years relevant experience recommending and implementing efficient, innovative business solutions to clients
  • Digital marketing or other agency experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and make presentations
  • Client service oriented with proven problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasker
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills including both verbal and written
  • Must be proactive and a self-starter
  • Must maintain an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
