POSSIBLE copywriters are both long- and short-form writers from a wide range of backgrounds who are experienced in the digital space. They possess a shared talent for transforming great ideas into engaging creative, and are united by a passion for storytelling. Copy Directors report to Associate Creative Directors.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
Craft: Demonstrates world-class execution of innovative and effective digital communication across multiple industries, markets, and media. Proficiently writes in diverse copy styles across a range of assignments. Is able to analyze problems, anticipate consequences, and eliminate obstacles to successfully complete projects.
Support: Works with Art Directors and Creative Leaders to concept, write, present, and defend work while addressing client needs. Must be able to craft original concepts, execute copy based on established voice/tone, and lead mid- and junior-level writers on copy execution.
Develop: Proactively researches and pursues ideas for professional development. Seeks out creative mentorship and inspiration.
Ideate: Capable of concepting and collaborating on campaign ideas and digital tactics with a creative team while working on multiple projects. Is adept at managing and prioritizing within timelines for project milestones.
Lead: Takes personal responsibility for on-time deliverables and expertly crafted copy that adheres to client equity and standards. Leads the copy discipline in internal and external client meetings and plans workflow for the discipline within the group by client.
Mentor: Actively trains and mentors mid-level and junior creative team members, helping them develop their skills and performance.
