Desktop Support Technician

This is a hybrid position between tier 1 customer support and tier 2 technical support. In this role, technician will split duties between day-to-day support of 100-person office and remote assistance (as part of a team) of a second, larger office.
On-site job duties will include basic technical support of a primarily (80%) Mac and Google Apps environment, including setting up new hires and coordinating employee departures, basic VOIP telephone troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance. Remote job duties will include basic troubleshooting and IT Support using a ticket-based help desk system.
• Provide positive and proactive customer service and technical support.
Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:
• Three years of real-world office technical support experience
